Made by Meg Catering in Torrance is seeking a results-driven Catering Sales Team Member to grow our high-end client base in the Greater LA area. You will prospect daily, arrange tastings, and shepherd proposals with a focus on luxury hospitality and memorable events.

The role offers a base salary of $60,000 per year plus commissions and bonuses. Expect regular Monday–Friday hours, strong teamwork, and opportunities to expand relationships with social and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication, detailed and organized.
• Confident and assertive on the phone with a warm voice.
• Reliable, responsible and well-organized.
• Independent yet a team player and able to work with others.
• Self-starter who loves making sales and delighting clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; willing to learn new systems.
• Previous catering company sales experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Daily calls to potential clients from received leads.
• Set up and host Executive & Social client tastings.
• Client correspondence including emails and written communications.
• Solicit new business via phone calls, emails, and appointments.
• Develop new client relationships and maintain existing ones.
• Manage the Greater LA market with a sense of urgency.
• Handle multiple clients at once while giving individualized attention.
• Represent the product knowledgeably to clients in the sales process.
