MBM Hospitality in Torrance, CA is seeking a Catering Sales Administrator to support the Sales Department with event logistics and administrative tasks. You will coordinate contracts, proposals, and client communications to ensure flawless execution of catered events.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in catering or events. This on-site position offers health, dental, vision benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant or Kitchen Experience preferred.
• At least two years of administrative and clerical experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and coordinating event logistics.
• Prepare and distribute contracts, proposals, and other sales documents accurately and promptly.
• Communicate event details to internal teams to ensure service excellence for clients.
• Provide on-site event staff support to ensure events run smoothly.
• Maintain accurate client and event records using Total Party Planner and CRM software.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person with excellent service.
