Patina Group, a division of Delaware North, is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to join our Patina Catering team in Los Angeles, California. You will drive catering sales from initial inquiry through event execution, building strong client relationships, growing new and existing business, and partnering with culinary and operations teams to bring each client's vision to life.

The pay range for base salary is $70,304 to $92,800 per year and includes an uncapped 4% F&B commission plus an annual

• 3+ years in catering/hospitality/event sales, preferably luxury.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Strong knowledge of LA events, catering, hospitality market.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM; HubSpot a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new catering business via prospecting, referrals, and venue/networking.
• Manage full sales cycle from inquiry to contract and execution.
• Develop customized proposals, menus, and event concepts aligned with client vision/budget.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, planners, agencies, DMCs, venues, nonprofits.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, tastings, and presentations.
• Collaborate with chefs, operations, event producers, rentals, and internal teams to ensure smooth handoff to execution.
• Attend and oversee events to ensure client satisfaction.
