Job summary

Loews Hollywood Hotel in Los Angeles is seeking a proactive Catering Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to event execution, delivering exceptional experiences for every client. You'll build strong client relationships, design memorable catering experiences with the culinary team, and drive revenue through strategic promotions, site visits and post-event follow-up.

The ideal candidate brings 1+ year of sales/event experience in hospitality, and a collaborative, leadership

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, event execution or related experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel operations; Delphi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming leads and actively prospect for new catering opportunities.
• Plan, coordinate and service all booked catering events, ensuring flawless execution.
• Conduct site visits and design experiences that convert prospects into loyal clients.
• Collaborate with the Director of Meetings & Events to implement annual catering strategies and promotions.
• Partner with Culinary and F&B teams to create customized menus that elevate the guest experience.
