Job summary

You’ll collaborate with the sales team to meet targets while attending trainings and staying up-to-date on features and pricing. Authorized to work in the USA is required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pass pre-employment checks (background, MVR, drug test, credit report).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to understand needs and recommend vehicles.
• Conduct test drives to showcase features and performance.
• Explain features, specifications and pricing of vehicles to customers.
• Guide customers through sales process, including financing options and trade-ins.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in a transparent manner.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with sales team and departments for a seamless experience.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
