Required: 2–5 years in luxury dealership sales, Honda/Acura brand experience a plus, valid work authorization in the USA.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of luxury dealership sales experience.
• Honda or Acura brand experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
• Minimum 2 years of success in commission-based sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to understand needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct test drives to showcase features and performance.
• Stay up-to-date on features, specifications, and pricing of all models.
• Guide customers through sales process, financing options, and trade-ins.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in a customer-friendly manner.
• Follow up with customers after sale to ensure satisfaction.
