Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the Bridal category and lead an exceptional customer experience. You will guide customers through meaningful choices and ensure a confident, emotional, and expertly guided purchase journey.

You will coach the team monthly, drive Bridal visuals and storytelling, and partner with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent while delivering strong performance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Own the Bridal category and drive sales performance.
• Lead visual merchandising and storytelling for Bridal.
• Coach team members monthly on diamond education and emotional storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead total Bridal category performance—including sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Serve as the expert in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence.
• Drive consistency in Bridal presentations across team members.
• Own Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution.
• Coach one Bridal presentation per team member each month.
• Provide real-time feedback on diamond education and emotional storytelling.
• Build consistent Bridal behaviors across the team.
• Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent.
