Jared, a part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the Bridal category and lead the customer experience during life’s meaningful moments. The role focuses on expert diamond knowledge, emotional storytelling, and confident closing with clients in a fast-paced jewelry retail environment.

You will drive bridal presentations, curate visuals, coach the team monthly, and uphold the Jared brand promise across all interactions with customers while helping the store achieve

Qualifications

• Experience leading Bridal category and driving sales performance.
• Strong storytelling and closing skills with customers.
• Ability to coach and develop jewelry sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Bridal category and drive sales, standards, and behaviors.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling executions.
• Build team capability through monthly coaching and feedback.

• Drive KPI improvements like conversion and follow-up behaviors.
