Job summary

Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the Bridal category and lead the store experience. You will drive end‑to‑end category performance, guide staff on diamond storytelling, and ensure consistency in bridal presentations across the team.

You will coach monthly, deliver actionable feedback on education and closing, and build a culture of teamwork while delivering exceptional customer experiences and measurable sales results.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal Category – lead sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Serve as the expert in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence.
• Drive consistency in Bridal presentations across all team members.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution.
• Ensure displays reinforce romance and confidence in purchase.
• Align visual focus to key moments, launches, and priorities.
• Observe or coach Bridal presentations monthly; provide actionable feedback.
• Develop Bridal talent and reinforce consistent bridal behaviors.
• Help customers express individuality through meaningful selections.
• Drive KPIs: conversion, appointments, follow-up behaviors; lead by example.
• Partner with leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent; foster teamwork.
