Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the Bridal category and deliver an emotional, guided buying experience for life’s meaningful moments. You will lead category performance, diamond education, and consistent Bridal storytelling while coaching team members.

Collaborating with store leadership, you will drive sales, customer confidence, and a memorable brand experience across the bridal team, supported by training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading luxury retail categories, preferably jewelry.
• Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams.
• Strong storytelling and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal Category: lead sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Lead Bridal visual marketing and storytelling execution.
• Build Team Capability with monthly coaching and real-time feedback.
• Activate the Brand Promise by guiding customer experiences.
• Drive Performance Excellence through KPIs and consistent Bridal presentations.
• Lead and Develop Talent by partnering with store leadership.
