You’ll build team capability through monthly coaching, align brand promises with customer moments, and drive key conversions and appointment culture on the sales floor.

• Experts in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence.
• Coaches and develops team to present Bridal consistently.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal category performance across sales, behaviors and standards.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution to reinforce romance and confidence.
• Coach team monthly on diamond education, emotional storytelling, payments options and closing.
