As a Luxury Bridal Manager, you will coach monthly, partner with store leadership to develop bridal talent, and activate the brand promise through romance-focused visuals and elite service.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal category performance and standards.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution.
• Coach monthly on bridal presentations, diamond education, and closing techniques.
• Drive brand promise through customer experiences and emotion in purchases.
• Improve KPIs like conversion, appointment culture, and follow-up behaviors.
• Develop Bridal talent with store leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
