Job summary

Signet Jewelers, owner of Jared, seeks a Luxury Bridal Manager to lead the Brides category and deliver an emotionally engaging customer experience. You will own the Bridal assortment, storytelling, and closing with confidence, while guiding a team to present Bridal products with romance and consistency.

You will coach monthly, refine diamond education and storytelling, and drive key KPIs like conversion and appointment culture across the Bridal team.

Qualifications

• Lead Bridal category performance including sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Be the expert in diamonds, storytelling, and confident closing.
• Drive consistency in Bridal presentations across the team.
• Coach Bridal team members monthly with real-time feedback on education and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal category and drive overall performance and standards.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution.
• Coach and develop Bridal talent to improve presentation and customer experience.
• Improve KPIs such as conversion and appointment culture.
• Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent.
