Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal Category Lead total Bridal category performance — including sales, behaviors, and standards
• Serve as the expert in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence
• Drive consistency in Bridal presentations across all team members
• Lead Visual Marketing for Bridal
• Own Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution
• Build Team Capability through Monthly Coaching and real-time feedback on diamond education and confidence
