Job summary

Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, seeks a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the Bridal category and lead an emotional, guided customer experience during meaningful jewelry purchases. You will drive sales, coach team members, and align visual merchandising with key launches and selling priorities.

You will champion brand storytelling, develop talent with store leadership, and ensure consistent bridal presentations that reflect romance and confidence in purchases.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail and high-touch customer service is preferred.
• Strong storytelling abilities around diamonds and bridal jewelry.
• Ability to coach and develop sales team across monthly cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal category and drive total category performance.
• Lead bridal visuals, storytelling, and in-store displays to reinforce romance and emotion.
• Provide real-time coaching on diamond education, customer experience, and closing techniques.
• Build team capability through monthly coaching and collaboration with store leadership.
• Ensure brand promise and selling priorities are consistently executed across the team.
