You will lead the team in diamond storytelling, ensure consistent Bridal presentations, and drive visual merchandising across stores.

You'll be responsible for coaching monthly, observing team members, and delivering actionable feedback to improve conversion, appointment culture, and post-purchase

• Own the Bridal category performance across sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Serve as the expert in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence.
• Drive consistency in Bridal presentations across the team.
• Lead Visual Marketing for Bridal and Merchandising storytelling.
• Coach monthly and observe bridal presentations to build team capability.
• Provide real-time feedback on diamond education, emotion storytelling, payments options and closing.
