Signet Jewelers Limited, with Jared as a flagship brand, seeks a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the bridal category and lead customers through emotionally engaging, expertly guided experiences during meaningful jewelry purchases. You will drive category performance, storytelling, and visual merchandising excellence.

The role emphasizes coaching, brand storytelling, and achieving KPI targets while growing bridal talent and ensuring a consistently luxury customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal category performance across sales, behaviors and standards
• Serve as the expert in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence
• Drive consistency in Bridal presentations across all team members
• Lead Visual Marketing for Bridal and manage Bridal visual merchandising
• Ensure displays reinforce romance, emotion, and confidence in purchase
• Coaching: observe and coach Bridal presentations monthly and provide feedback
• Activate the Brand Promise to help customers express individuality and feel understood
• Drive KPI improvements including conversion, appointment culture, and follow-up behaviors
• Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent
