Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the Bridal category and deliver an emotional, guided customer experience during meaningful purchases.

You will lead diamond storytelling, visual marketing and coaching to ensure consistent bridal presentations, while partnering with leadership to develop bridal talent and uphold the brand promise across the store.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal category performance including sales, behaviors, and standards
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution
• Coach team members to improve diamond education, storytelling and closing
• Drive brand promises and customer experience in bridal purchases
• Develop talent and collaborate with store leadership to build capability
