You will lead visual marketing, storytelling, and team development to ensure consistent Bridal presentations and performance across the store. A strong jewelry background is valued to educate and inspire customers.

Qualifications

• Lead Bridal category expertise, storytelling, and closing with confidence.
• Experience coaching and developing talent to raise team performance.
• Excellent customer guidance during meaningful jewelry purchases.
• Strong visual merchandising and presentation leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal category performance across sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Serve as the expert in diamonds and customer storytelling to close sales.
• Drive consistency in Bridal presentations and visual marketing across team members.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution and displays.
• Coach team monthly to build capability and confidence in presentations.
