You will own bridal storytelling, visuals, coaching monthly team members, and ensure consistent presentations while driving key metrics like conversion and appointment culture. This role also offers growth within a national brand with ongoing training and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal category performance and standards.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution.
• Coach monthly on bridal presentations, diamond education, and closing.
• Drive brand promise by guiding customers to confident, meaningful selections.
• Improve KPIs like conversion and appointment culture while leading by example.
• Develop Bridal talent in partnership with store leadership.
