Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, seeks a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the Bridal category and ensure a confident, emotional customer experience during meaningful purchases.

You will lead bridal presentations, drive visual storytelling, coach the team monthly, and partner with store leadership to develop bridal talent while delivering the brand promise and measurable performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading bridal category and delivering emotional customer experiences.
• Strong visual merchandising and storytelling skills for jewelry displays.
• Ability to coach and develop a retail team on bridal presentations and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal category performance including sales and standards.
• Lead Bridal visual marketing and storytelling across displays.
• Build team capability with monthly coaching and feedback.
• Activate the brand promise by guiding customers to meaningful selections.
• Drive key KPIs like conversion and appointment culture.
• Lead and develop Bridal talent in partnership with store leadership.
