Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, invites a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the Bridal category and deliver an emotional, guided experience during one of life’s most meaningful purchases. This role is the category owner and experience leader for all Bridal merchandise, ensuring every customer feels confident and understood.

You’ll drive bridal storytelling, visual merchandising, and consistent presentations, coaching team members monthly, and partnering with store leadership to develop bridal talent

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal Category: Lead total Bridal category performance — including sales, behaviors, and standards
• Lead Visual Marketing for Bridal: Own Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution
• Build Team Capability (Monthly Coaching): Observe or coach one Bridal presentation per team member, every month
• Activate the Brand Promise: Help customers express their individuality through meaningful selections and guided experiences
• Drive Performance Excellence: Improve KPIs including conversion, appointment culture, follow-up behaviors
• Lead and Develop Talent: Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent
