Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal Category and drive performance across sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Lead Bridal visual marketing and storytelling to reinforce romance and confidence in purchases.
• Coach monthly Bridal presentations, provide real-time feedback, and build repeatable Bridal behaviors.
