• Own the Bridal Category — lead sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution.
• Build Team Capability — monthly coaching and feedback on diamond education and confidence.
• Activate the Brand Promise — help customers express individuality with guided experiences.
• Drive Performance Excellence — improve conversion, appointment culture, and follow-up behaviors.
• Lead and Develop Talent — partner with leadership to identify and grow Bridal talent.
