Job summary

Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, seeks a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the Bridal category and deliver an emotional, guided customer experience during significant purchases. You will lead the category, coach team members, and ensure consistent bridal presentations across the store.

In this role you’ll partner with store leadership to develop Bridal talent, drive key KPIs, and activate the brand promise by helping customers express individuality and celebrate life’s moments with confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Bridal category and guiding customer experiences.
• Knowledge of diamonds and storytelling to support sales.
• Ability to coach and develop bridal talent monthly.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal Category: lead performance, be the expert in diamonds, storytelling and closing.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling across displays.
• Build team capability with monthly coaching and actionable feedback.
• Activate the Brand Promise by guiding customers to express individuality.
• Drive performance: improve KPIs, appointment culture, and sales behaviors.
• Lead and develop talent with store leadership for Bridal success.
