Job summary

Jared is seeking a Luxury Bridal Manager to lead the Bridal category with ownership of performance, storytelling, and customer experience. You will coach team members monthly to elevate diamond education, emotional storytelling, and confident closing.

In this role you will drive Brand promise, improve conversion and appointments, and develop Bridal talent in collaboration with store leadership. This is a full-time position offering base pay plus commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal Category—sales, behaviors, standards.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution.
• Build team capability through monthly coaching and feedback.
• Activate the Brand Promise by guiding customers through meaningful selections.
• Drive KPI improvements: conversion, appointment culture, follow-up.
• Lead and develop bridal talent in collaboration with store leadership.
