Jared is seeking a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the Bridal category and lead the customer experience for one of life’s meaningful purchases. You will guide storytelling, diamonds expertise, and presentation standards to deliver confident, emotional shopping moments.

As the category leader, you will coach team members, drive KPI improvements, and align visual merchandising with launches and priorities, while fostering a culture of teamwork and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal Category — lead total category performance, set standards, and drive consistent presentations across the team
• Lead Bridal visual marketing — own displays, storytelling, and romance to reinforce confident purchases
• Coach team members monthly on diamond education, emotional storytelling, and payments options to improve closing
• Develop talent with store leadership and build a culture of teamwork and accountability
• Promote the brand promise by ensuring customers feel understood and celebrate life’s moments
