Jared is seeking a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the Bridal category and deliver a confident, emotionally guided shopping experience for one of life’s most meaningful purchases. You’ll lead category performance, drive visual storytelling, and coach the team to ensure consistent, romance-filled presentations.

Responsibilities include coaching monthly, maintaining high standards in diamond education, and aligning selling priorities with brand promises.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal Category — lead total Bridal category performance including sales, behaviors, and standards
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution to reinforce romance and confidence in purchase
• Coach team members monthly on Bridal presentations, diamond education, and closing techniques
• Activate the Brand Promise by guiding customers to express individuality and enjoy meaningful moments
• Drive KPIs such as conversion, appointment culture, and follow-up behaviors
• Develop Bridal talent in partnership with store leadership and build a culture of teamwork and accountability
