Job summary

Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, seeks a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the Bridal category and deliver an emotionally guided customer experience during meaningful purchases. You will lead bridal storytelling, visuals, and coaching to build team capabilities while aligning with brand promises.

Base pay is plus commission; flexibility with growth opportunities and a national brand backing. This is a full-time on-site role with a focus on memorable customer journeys at Jared stores.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal category and drive total performance, including sales and standards.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling to reinforce romance and confidence in purchase.
• Provide monthly coaching to team members on diamond education, emotional storytelling, payments options and closing.
• Activate the brand promise by ensuring customers express individuality and celebrate meaningful moments.
• Drive KPI improvements such as conversion, appointment culture, and follow-up behaviors.
• Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent and foster teamwork and accountability.
