Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the Bridal category and lead the storytelling and closing with confidence. You will elevate bridal presentations and coach the team to deliver consistent experiences across the store.

This role partners with store leadership to drive sales, optimize visual merchandising, and develop talent while delivering Signet's brand promise of accessible luxury and exceptional careers.

Responsibilities

• Own Bridal category performance across sales and standards.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution.
• Coach Bridal team monthly with feedback on diamond education and closing.
• Help customers express individuality with guided experiences.
• Improve KPIs such as conversion and follow-up behaviors.
• Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent.
