Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal Category by leading total Bridal performance, sales and standards.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution across all displays and moments.
• Coach Bridal team members monthly to improve diamond education, emotional storytelling, and sales confidence.
• Help customers express individuality through meaningful selections and guided experiences.
• Drive performance by improving KPIs like conversion and follow-up behaviors.
• Partner with store leadership to identify and develop bridal talent and build a culture of teamwork.
