Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking a Luxury Bridal Manager to lead the Bridal category with emotion and expertise, delivering confident, guided experiences for customers during one of life’s most meaningful purchases. You don’t just manage Bridal—you own the moments customers remember.

You’ll drive category performance, lead visual merchandising, coach team members monthly, and activate the brand promise.

• The Luxury Bridal Manager is the category owner and experience leader for all Bridal merchandise.
• This role ensures customers receive a confident, emotional, and expertly guided experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead total Bridal category performance — including sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Serve as the expert in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence.
• Drive consistency in Bridal presentations across all team members.
• Own Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution.
• Ensure displays reinforce romance, emotion, and confidence in purchase.
• Align visual focus to key moments, launches, and selling priorities.
• Observe or coach one Bridal presentation per team member, every month.
• Deliver real-time, actionable feedback on diamond education and confidence, emotional storytelling, payments options and closing.
• Build consistent, repeatable Bridal behaviors across the team.
• Express their individuality through meaningful selections.
• Feel confident and understood through guided experiences.
• Celebrate life’s most meaningful moments with confidence.
• Improve key KPIs including conversion, appointment culture, follow-up behaviors.
• Reinforce consistent Bridal presentations across the team.
• Lead by example through personal performance.
• Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent.
• Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and shared success.
