Job summary

Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, seeks a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the Bridal category and lead customers through emotionally engaging experiences during meaningful purchases. You will drive category performance, coach the team, and ensure consistent Bridal presentations across the store.

You’ll lead visual merchandising and storytelling for Bridal, partner with leadership to develop talent, and work toward strong KPI improvements in conversion and engagement.

Qualifications

• Wedding/bridal knowledge a plus
• Strong customer service and storytelling skills
• Leadership and coaching abilities

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal Category performance, sales, and standards.
• Be the expert in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and presentational consistency.
• Drive brand storytelling and visual marketing for Bridal campaigns.
• Coach team members monthly to improve diamond education and confidence.
• Align displays with launches and selling priorities.
• Develop local bridal talent in partnership with store leadership.
