Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the Bridal category, drive performance, and become the expert in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence.

You will lead Bridal visual marketing, coach team members monthly, reinforce brand promises, and nurture talent while partnering with store leadership to deliver consistent, meaningful customer experiences and sales growth across the department.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury jewelry or Bridal category preferred.
• Strong knowledge of diamonds and storytelling for customer education.
• Proven ability to coach and improve sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal category, drive sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution.
• Provide monthly coaching on diamond education, emotions, and closing.
• Align Bridal presentations with key launches and priorities.
• Improve KPIs: conversion, appointments, follow-up.
• Develop Bridal talent with store leadership.
