Richemont’s Chloé brand seeks a stylist in Costa Mesa to welcome guests and act as a trusted advisor, delivering memorable experiences. You will build lasting client relationships through personalized service and active use of clienteling tools to meet CRM targets.

The role emphasizes omnichannel collaboration, achieving store KPIs, and participating in trainings while maintaining an exceptional store environment and strong after‑sales support.

Formación

• Experience in luxury retail or clienteling preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Ability to meet CRM targets and contribute to campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers exceptional customer service and develops long-term relationships.
• Implements personalized reach-out campaigns using clienteling tools to complete CRM tasks.
• Knows portfolio of customers, including VVICs and VICs.
• Delivers strong sales and KPIs, participates in trainings and commercial activities.
• Maintains impeccable store environment and supports after-sales service.
