Role Overview

A Chloe Stylist is an ambassador of the Maison, welcoming every guest into the Chloe family. They are a trustworthy advisor, a reliable team player, and strive to provide the best experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long‑term relationships with clients.
• Manage CRM targets and complete personalized reach‑out campaigns, utilising all clienteling tools within the given timeframe.
• Capture client data and record qualitative information.
• Know the portfolio of customers, especially VVICs and VICs.
• Offer excellent omnichannel customer service and drive sales using all available channels.
• Monitor store and sales KPIs, participate in trainings and commercial activities, and work towards achieving sales, KPI, and CRM targets.
• Assist with local trading environment awareness and competitor activities.
• Maintain an impeccable store environment (front and back of house), ensuring grooming and luxury standards at all times.
• Notify store managers of any structural repairs needed to maintain a luxurious environment.
• Follow guidelines related to store and BOH management and participate in inventories.
• Support post‑sales clients and ensure impeccable after‑sales service.
• Comply with Richemont policies and standards.
