Qualifications

• Proven experience building, coaching and developing a team.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Experience in high-end retail and luxury goods.
• Ability to drive sales during slower periods.
• Experience in building client bases and client books.
• Proficient with Excel and office systems.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train & retain a sales team and assistant manager in partnership with the management team.
• Drive sales through a brand led and focused KPI culture.
• Partner with the management team to build and maintain a highly effective sales team.
• Monitor team performance, providing feedback to Head of Retail and HQ team on a weekly basis.
• Build a client base and ensuring high sign up rate and relationships at points of sale.
• Operational competency, including store banking, cycle counts, scheduling, processing of shipments.
• Ensure loss prevention across teams and security of shop premises.
• Execute VM according to guidelines and report stock levels to drive sales.
• Maintain store presentation and stock levels to support sales.
