Job summary

Orlebar Brown in Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Store Manager to lead a luxury retail team, deliver sales strategy and brand standards, and drive profitability across the store. This role focuses on achieving KPI targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a premium environment.

Reporting to the Head of U.S. Retail, you will hire, train, coach staff, optimize stock and visuals, and grow a loyal client base through proactive service and relationship building across all points of sale.

Qualifications

• Experience building, coaching and developing a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in high-end retail and luxury goods.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train & retain a sales team and assistant manager in partnership with the management team.
• Drive sales through a brand led and KPI-focused culture.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to Head of Retail and HQ weekly.
• Build a client base and maintain relationships with customers at all points of sale.
• Ensure loss prevention and security of shop premises and stock.
• Execute VM according to guidelines and maintain product displays.
