Orlebar Brown in Palo Alto is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a small team and drive sales. You will report to the Store Manager and oversee day-to-day operations, customer service, merchandising, and stock control.

This role requires at least 3 years in retail leadership, preferably in a premium or luxury environment, with strong communication. You will recruit, train, and motivate 3–8 staff, manage schedules, and maintain brand standards.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years retail supervisory experience.
• Experience in premium or luxury boutique environments preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead a small store team (3–8 staff).

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed sales KPIs to maximize performance.
• Motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales through initiatives and promotions.
• Assist Store Manager with daily operations.
• Build and maintain a client base.
• Liaise with Head of Retail and head office staff.
• Handle store banking and cash handling responsibilities.
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping quality.
• Oversee stock control and daily counts with head office.
• Recruit, interview, and induct new staff with Store Manager.
