Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation seeks Sales Ambassadors to deliver exceptional service and styling guidance in our stores. You will leverage product knowledge to create refined experiences and nurture lasting client relationships, driving sales across luxury lifestyle brands.

As a Sales Ambassador, you’ll engage customers, manage personal business growth, and contribute to team success. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a high-volume or premium environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to move around sales floor, stock areas, dressing rooms, cash wrap and office; handle chemicals safely.
• Comfort with lifting and climbing up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to operate the register and stand/move for extended periods.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with customers, management and co-workers.
• Experience selling with digital tools is a plus.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding needs and offering personalized styling recommendations.
• Grow personal business by wardrobing and using digital tools to enhance clienteling.
• Support team to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans.
• Coach peers on customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Develop genuine connections with customers and tailor recommendations to preferences.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and use CRM tools to drive performance.
• Adapt product presentation for remote or in-store customers.
