• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer-centric behaviors and build relationships.
• Develop genuine connections with customers and tailor recommendations to preferences.
• Meet or exceed KPIs (SPH, data capture, etc.) and use tools to drive performance.
• Adapt product presentation for remote versus in-person customers and be flexible to meet needs.
