Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3–5 years' experience in elevated retail or hospitality environment.
• Exceptional customer service and networking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading customer service building guest loyalty through in-store experience.
• Maximize selling opportunities to achieve and exceed sales goals and drive repeat business.
• Proactively resolve customer service issues with meaningful solutions.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and use resources to deepen understanding of product assortment.
• Maintain awareness of current marketing and promotional activity.
• Act as a brand ambassador reflecting Brunello Cucinelli's philosophy and lifestyle.
• Support Store Manager with opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and other tasks as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels to prevent shrink and loss in collaboration with store leadership.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and floor sets are supported.
• Use business acumen to identify store business opportunities.
• Build relationships with colleagues across stores and Corporate Partners.
• Demonstrate reliability and integrity in line with company policy.
• Encourage teamwork and recognize collective achievements.
