Job summary

Brunello Cucinelli in California is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for guests and prospects. You will support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals while embodying the brand's humanistic philosophy and aesthetic lifestyle.

You will maintain product knowledge, drive clienteling, and participate in visual merchandising, inventory, and store operations, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong affinity for Brunello Cucinelli brand and philosophy.
• 3–5 years’ experience in elevated retail or hospitality.
• Exceptional customer service and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading customer service, building guest loyalty through in-store experience.
• Maximize selling opportunities to achieve (and exceed) individual sales goals while driving repeat business.
• Develop clients through networking and maintaining client books.
• Maintain product knowledge and use resources to deepen understanding of product assortment.
• Maintain awareness of current marketing and promotional activity.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand philosophy and lifestyle.
• Support and partner with Store Manager in opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and tasks as assigned.
