Job summary

Brunello Cucinelli in Naples, FL is seeking Brand Ambassadors to deliver a memorable in-store experience and support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and operational objectives.

You will act as a brand guardian, demonstrate product knowledge, build client relationships, use clientele books to convert shoppers into long-term clients, and assist with opening/closing, cash handling, inventory and merchandising tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading customer service building guest loyalty through in-store experience.
• Maximize all selling opportunities to achieve and exceed individual sales goals while driving repeat business.
• Proactively avoid customer service issues by finding meaningful resolutions for customers and using best-in-class service.
• Continuously demonstrate product knowledge to enhance sales and use company resources to deepen understanding of assortment.
• Maintains awareness of all current marketing and promotional activity.
• Act as a brand ambassador emulating the brand aesthetic and lifestyle.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and tasks as assigned.
• Help maintain inventory levels to prevent shrink and loss.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained and assist with floor sets and moves.
• Build relationships with colleagues across stores and Corporate Partners.
• Demonstrate reliability and integrity and adhere to policy and guidelines.
• Promote teamwork and seek feedback for growth.
