Job summary

You will support the Store Manager with operations, promotions, and clienteling, and maintain product knowledge, visual standards, and strong client relationships across the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in elevated retail or hospitality.
• Exceptional customer service and networking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading customer service building guest loyalty.
• Maximize selling opportunities to achieve sales goals.
• Proactively resolve customer service issues with best-in-class service.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on promotions.
• Support store manager with opening/closing, cash handling, inventory.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and floor sets.
• Build relationships with colleagues across stores and partners.
