Job summary

Brunello Cucinelli USA INC seeks Brand Ambassadors to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our luxury retail environment. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, and promote the brand philosophy through knowledgeable service and relationship building.

Key responsibilities include daily operations, inventory management, and maintaining visual standards while welcoming guests and converting one‑time shoppers into loyal clients. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in elevated retail or hospitality preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and networking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with POS systems and MS Office; Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Available to work varied schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading customer service and build guest loyalty.
• Maximize selling opportunities to exceed individual goals.
• Resolve customer issues with best‑in‑class service.
• Maintain product knowledge using company resources.
• Stay aware of current marketing and promotions.
• Act as a brand ambassador and embody the brand philosophy.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and floor sets.
• Support store leadership to maintain inventory and shrink control.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards throughout the day.
