Brunello Cucinelli USA INC is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver an exceptional in-store experience in New York. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, and cultivate lasting client relationships while upholding the brand aesthetic and lifestyle.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in elevated retail or hospitality, strong communication, and proficiency with POS systems. The role requires standing for extended periods and a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in elevated retail or hospitality environment preferred.
• Proven exceptional customer service and ability to nurture client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry‑leading customer service and build guest loyalty.
• Maximize selling opportunities to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and nurture client relationships through clientele books.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and utilize resources to deepen understanding.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with floor sets as needed.
