Job summary

Brunello Cucinelli is seeking a Brand Ambassador in our Montecito, CA store to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and build lasting client relationships. You will support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and uphold the brand's humanistic philosophy through service and knowledge of the product.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3–5 years in premium retail or hospitality, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in elevated retail or hospitality.
• Exceptional customer service and networking skills, with ability to develop clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading customer service building guest loyalty in-store.
• Maximize selling opportunities to exceed sales goals and drive repeat business.
• Proactively resolve customer service issues with meaningful resolutions.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and use resources to deepen understanding.
• Maintain awareness of current marketing and promotional activity.
• Act as a brand ambassador embodying brand philosophy and lifestyle.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and related tasks as needed.
• Support Store Manager to maintain inventory levels and visual merchandising.
