Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in elevated retail or hospitality.
• Exceptional customer service and networking skills; ability to network and develop clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading customer service building guest loyalty through in-store experience.
• Maximize selling opportunities to achieve and exceed sales goals while driving repeat business.
• Proactively resolve customer issues with best-in-class service.
• Maintain product knowledge and utilize resources to deepen understanding of the assortment.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Assist with visual merchandising and floor sets as needed.
