Job summary

You will provide industry-leading service, maximize sales, build client relationships, maintain product knowledge, and assist with opening/closing, inventory, and merchandising. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in elevated retail or hospitality, strong communication, and POS proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in elevated retail or hospitality.
• Exceptional customer service and networking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading customer service building guest loyalty through in-store experience.
• Maximize all selling opportunities to achieve and exceed individual sales goals.
• Proactively resolve customer issues with best-in-class service.
• Maintain product knowledge and utilize resources to deepen understanding of assortment.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and visual merchandising.
